CAMEO continuously evaluates the accuracy and reliability of protein structure prediction servers in a fully automated manner on a weekly basis. CAMEO currently assesses predictions of 3D protein structure modelling (including complexes) and model quality estimation. The project is publicly available and has been used by method developer groups to benchmark and monitor their servers and new developments.
